What are my delivery options?
We offer 24hr express delivery that's fully tracked and standard delivery with Royal Mail 1st Class
Where is my order?
Once your order's confirmed you'll receive delivery information including your tracking details. If you don't receive this information please email darren@letssanitise.com to provide a full update.
How can I track my order?
Your order notification email will include your delivery information where you can track and follow the status of your order. If you have any concerns regarding delivery feel free to contact us.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK only but please get in touch with us direct if you live outside in of the UK and we can arrange a bespoke order for you.
What is your returns policy?
If you're not satisfied with your order special and would prefer sending back your bottle we will give you a full refund. Please send us an email to confirm your address and include the packing slip. Once received you will be issued a full refund.
Is Let’s Sanitise Cruelty Free and suitable for Vegans?
Let's Sanitise is cruelty-free because it does not agree or pay for animal testing. All products are free from animal ingredients too.
What card payments do you accept?
All card payments are accepted and we also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.
Can I make changes to my order? (e.g. address)
We always try and dispatch your order the same day but if you do catch us before that we can make changes to your order. If the delivery address needs changing please let us know as soon as you can so we can amend your order or alert the courier company.
